Testimonials

Hello Covenant men. This will be my first time attending the Men's Getaway, and I encourage more first timers to join me!

The mountains are my happy place, and when you pair a weekend in the mountains with golf and March Madness, it's hard for me to say no.

I was also drawn to this weekend for the unique opportunity to spend extended time forming relationships with men at Covenant of all ages. As life gets busier and my wife and I begin building our own family together, I realize the value of having a community of men at Covenant that I can turn to for friendship and guidance.

Join us! Carving out this time for fellowship will be well worth it, and I look forward to making the journey to the mountains together.

Testimonials

"My name is Kerry Hamilton and I’ve been a member at Covenant for almost 40 years.  I’m admitting that, not to point out how old I’m getting, but to explain why I am blessed to have so many church friends.  If people ask me, what’s the best thing about going to a big church like Covenant, I would easily say, it’s all about building lifelong connections with good people who fill my world with support, inspiration and appreciation.  Attending our Men’s Getaway has been a great way for me to make that happen, especially with other men in the church.

Covenant has been sponsoring the Men’s Getaway for at least 12 years.  I know this because I did a Google search of my photos and found a selfie of me with a bunch of guys from my first Getaway in 2014.  Almost all of the men in that photo are still members at Covenant and I’m so proud to regard them as my good friends.  There is something truly special about these Getaways and many of us guys attend almost every year."
