Facility Rentals

Our church campus offers welcoming, well-equipped meeting and event spaces available for nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations to rent. Conveniently located in Charlotte’s beautiful historic Dilworth neighborhood, just minutes from Uptown, South End, Midtown, and Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center, our facilities can accommodate gatherings of all sizes. From large events and presentations in our main hall to smaller meetings, classes, and board sessions, we provide flexible spaces supported by modern technology, including audiovisual equipment, presentation screens, Zoom capabilities, and on-site technical support.

Our largest rental space, this classic event venue can be set up for a variety of gatherings, including a dining hall with tables or an auditorium with seating for a speaker. A raised stage with lights and sound is perfect for a single speaker, group or discussion panel. A large dropdown screen and projector facilitate high-quality presentations, which can be controlled by a personal laptop or by our AV team from the control booth. Contact Kathy Pickard for details.

CAPACITY: Maximum 150 with tables and chairs. Maximum 450 as theater seating for speaker presentations.

ADDITIONAL SPACE: Rooms 107 A&B can expand the main hall's capacity with additional seating and refreshment tables. This space can also be rented as separate rooms suitable for book signings and small gatherings. Capacity is 65 with tables and chairs; 100 with chairs only.

We offer a professional-level kitchen with a full-time chef and staff who prepare a variety of meals for casual and formal occasions. Chef Johnny has years of experience creating meals that appeal to all ages and life stages, including fine dining, casual buffets, and easy-to-eat finger-foods.

Located on the second floor, this room is suitable for a large class requiring a presentation screen and Internet access. The length of this space can easily accommodate a refreshment table at either end.

Located on the second floor, this space provides flexibility in seating arrangements and is the only room other than the main hall that can accommodate seating "in the round."

Located on the first floor near the main hall, this traditional conference room features a long table and rolling chairs designed for meetings. Additional chairs can be added to extend seating capacity for larger meetings or classes.

Our Recreation Wing is located across campus from Fellowship Hall and offers a full-size basketball court, workout equipment, and experienced trainers. To learn more, contact our Recreation Ministries Director, Kevin Harper.
