Worship actively through Music and Arts programs

Do you or your child have a love for music - or a desire to worship through song and art?

You are invited to join an ensemble or worship team. With choirs and opportunities for all ages, Covenant's vibrant music ministry provides opportunities to learn and grow as a musician as you express your faith in song.

Open to adults who desire to express their faith through song and lead God’s people in worship. Serves as the primary service choir for the 11:00 traditional service in the sanctuary. Provides leadership for special services throughout the year Covenant Choir rehearses on Thursdays 7 to 9 p.m. and Sundays 10 to 10:35 a.m. in the Peek Music Room.
This team leads music for worship at the 9:30 a.m. contemporary service in the Sanctuary and the 11 a.m. contemporary service in Fellowship Hall. Open to all singers and instrumentalists.

The Covenant Ringers adult handbell choir plays several times a year for Traditional and Contemporary Worship and in special services.

Covenant Ringers rehearse on Mondays from 6-7 p.m. in EW320.

This intergenerational group shares its talents with visual presentations in worship, including decorations or presentations for World Communion Sunday, Advent, Lent, Pentecost or other occasions.

• Open to children in kindergarten through 2nd grade

• Sings regularly in traditional and contemporary worship and the Service of Lessons & Carols.

• Angelus Choir rehearses on Sundays 4:45 to 5:30 p.m. in EW207.

• Open to children in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades

• Sings regularly in traditional and contemporary worship and during the Service of Lessons and Carols. 

• Chorister Choir rehearses on Sundays 4:45 to 5:30 p.m. in EW322.

This contemporary youth band is a mix of middle school and high school youth that offers its gifts in the contemporary worship services quarterly throughout the academic year.

This group of middle school and high school dancers participates in a variety of worship services quarterly throughout the academic year.

Open to youth in grades 6-12 Sings regularly in traditional and contemporary worship and during the Service of Lessons and Carols and Youth Sunday. Covenant Youth Chorale rehearses on Sundays from 4:45 to 5:30 p.m. in EW315.

This group of musicians young and old offer their gifts in worship and at other occasions. Flute players of all ages are welcome to join for periodic practices and performances. Contact Covenant Emily Schauer at schauer.emily@gmail.com.
