Session Approves Launch of Capital Campaign

Responding to the needs of our city and campus, Covenant leaders approved a $10 million plan that will boldly address critical needs in our city and on our campus.

Among the highlights:

  • A partnership to build a 185-unit apartment complex serving those in need of affordable housing;
  • A child development center on Covenant's campus offering full-day care and education as well as scholarship assistance for children of economically diverse families;
  • Substantial improvements to our campus, including a new hospitality center to house the child development classrooms and renovations to the Ed Wing and Fellowship Hall buildings to make them more welcoming and accessible.
In recognition of our congregation's work in these areas, Charlotte Magazine named Covenant to its "Charlotteans of the Year 2017" list. Click here to read the article.
