Angelus and Chorister Choirs

Draft Day Enrollment Party is Wednesday, Sept. 4 from 5:45 to 6:30 p.m. in EW 207
Singing is always in season and we want YOU on our roster! Wear your team’s jersey or T-shirt for a Draft Day Party.
Weekly rehearsals begin Wednesday, Sept.11 from 5:45 to 6:30, Angelus EW201/Chorister EW315. 

New this year: Angelus Choir is for singers in grades K-1. Chorister Choir is for singers in grades 2-5.

Youth Singers

Weekly rehearsals begin Sunday, Sept. 8 from 10:30 to 10:50 a.m. in EW 315.
A new year, A new name. New opportunities to worship and serve through music. All youth in grades 6-12 are welcome.

Covenant Ringers

Weekly rehearsals begin Monday, Sept. 9 from 6 to 7 p.m.
Looking for a way to ring in the fall? If you have basic music reading skills and are looking for a way to contribute to worship, handbells are a great opportunity!

Covenant Choir

Weekly rehearsals begin Wednesday, Aug. 28 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Come sing with us! Bring the skills you have and learn as you go. Join us for the full year or choose a project that interests you and commit to a short-term preparation.

  • Aug. 21-Sept. 29: 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., J.S. Bach’s Cantata 37 to sing in worship on Sept. 29
  • Oct. 2-Nov. 3: 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., Duruflé’s Requiem to sing in worship on Nov. 3
  • Nov. 6-Dec. 11: 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., preparation for Lessons and Carols, presented Dec. 15

Covenant Carilloneurs

Have you heard the beautiful music floating from the bell tower? If you have piano or organ experience, you can learn to play the carillon. Join the team and be part of the soundtrack of Dilworth.

Contemporary Worship Team

Do you sing or play an instrument such as the guitar, saxophone or drums? Make music with us at the 9:30 a.m. contemporary service in the Sanctuary and the 11 a.m. contemporary service in Fellowship Hall. Rehearsals are Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. in the Sanctuary to prepare for the 9:30 a.m. worship experience and at 6 p.m. on Thursdays to prepare for the 11 a.m. worship experience. An overview of our music ministry

Open to adults who desire to express their faith through song and lead God’s people in worship. Serves as the primary service choir for the 11:00 traditional service in the sanctuary. Provides leadership for special services throughout the year
This team leads music for worship at the 9:30 a.m. contemporary service in the Sanctuary and the 11 a.m. contemporary service in Fellowship Hall. Open to all singers and instrumentalists.

The Covenant Ringers adult handbell choir plays several times a year for Traditional and Contemporary Worship and in special services.

Covenant Ringers rehearse on Mondays from 6-7 p.m. in EW320.

Children’s Choir Enrollment Party
Wednesday, Sept. 4 at 5:45 p.m.: Singers from kindergarten to fifth grade are invited to celebrate the start of a new year.

Paused for summer

iWorship is an opportunity for any youth interested in the idea of contemporary worship to come together and not only learn skills relevant to leading in worship, but also skills relevant to selecting and preparing the offerings that are led.

Open to youth in grades 6-12 Sings regularly in traditional and contemporary worship and during the Service of Lessons and Carols and Youth Sunday. Covenant Youth Chorale rehearses on Sundays from 10:30 to 10:50 a.m. in EW315.

This group of musicians young and old offer their gifts in worship and at other occasions. Flute players of all ages are welcome to join for periodic practices and performances. Contact Covenant Emily Schauer at
