Covenant offers an indoor track, cardio room, yoga, fitness classes and summer camps.

Meal Menus

Weekday Lunch (Tuesday-Thursday, 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.)

Most weeks, we offer a nutritious and delicious lunch in our Fellowship Hall. Bring a friend or work colleague – open to all. Lunch includes soup, salad bar, entree, side, dessert and drink for $7. The weekly menu will be posted by Friday of the previous week. Please understand that we occasionally will cancel lunch because of funeral services, group meetings or receptions

  • Tuesday, March 19: Pork chops, green beans, rice, rolls, cookies
  • Wednesday, March 20: No public lunch
  • Thursday, March 21: Baked fish, au gratin potatoes, veggies, rolls, brownies
