WEEKLY SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES
9th-12th Graders, EW 307
During this time, we will explore and engage stories from the Old and New Testaments as we examine ways to live out scripture in our daily lives. 9th through 12th graders are welcome to come and participate in the hour long Sunday School program.
5:30-6pm Dinner – FH Main
Program to follow, EW 307, pick up in the Circle at 7pm
On Sunday evenings we will gather for dinner at 5:30pm in the Fellowship Hall with the Middle School Youth, then separate for an hour of program. Our Sunday nights could range from recreation to practicing spiritual disciplines to service opportunities.
5:30-6:30pm Open Table – Fellowship Hall
6:30-7:30pm Faith and Fellowship – Education Wing
After dinner, youth are invited to Open Gym hosted by Perrin and Faith & Fellowship hosted by Levi.
REGISTER FOR UPCOMING TRIPS
HSY Spring Beach Retreat - March 8-10 at Camp St. Christopher; while at Camp St. Christopher we will plan for the upcoming Youth Sunday service and spend time together in fellowship. We'll also participate in activities like kayaking, basketball, frisbee, low ropes course and more!
Senior Mission Trip to Yucatan - June 16-22; this trip is for high school youth who have finished their senior year and are looking for a mission experience that will help them prepare for the next step after high school. The trip to the Yucatan is a week full of concrete work and relationship building with both your own group and our brothers and sisters who you will meet in Mexico.
HSY Mission Trip to Washington, DC - June 23-29; during our stay, we will participate in service learning through organizations serving the poor, homeless, and hungry in Washington. Also essential to The Pilgrimage trip is integrating those experiences through workshops, Bible studies, and debriefings that use experiential methods as the means of getting justice "under our skin."
Montreat Youth Conference - July 7-13; come spend a week in the mountains of North Carolina with 1,000 other high school youth while you worship, relax and play together. The Montreat Youth Conference is a week long event that includes keynote, small groups, recreation and worship every day.
