Fall retreat in Camp Grier is Oct. 11-13
Escape to the mountains for a beautiful fall weekend with Covenant friends...
Located in Old Fort, NC, Camp Grier is just a 1-hour, 50-minute drive. Your stay includes two nights lodging, four meals and zip-lining on Lake Refuge. There will be plenty of free time to enjoy outdoor activities. Guided horseback trail rides and a climbing wall are available with reservations.
Enjoy Friday and Saturday night s'mores and campfire singing led by Jason Graffis, director of contemporary worship and arts.
There are two family lodges (one with an earlier bedtime) and an 8-10 person cabin for kid-free adults who would like to join the fun. Middle School youth will also be at Camp Grier in their own cabin. High school youth (housed at Montreat) will join us for a Saturday night hot dog supper and campfire.
The cost of $50 per person, ages 4 and up (under 4 is free), includes bunk, tent or RV lodging, four meals, s'mores, and all camp activities except horse rides. A one-hour horseback trail ride may be added for $33/person. The limit is 15 riders - first come, first serve.
