Adult Education
The
mission of adult Christian education
The adult education
ministry at Covenant Church seeks to create an educational
context where faith can be awakened, supported, and
challenged, so that God’s people grow in faithfulness to God
and service to others.

Wednesday Evening or Sunday Morning
"This Sacred Journey" Lenten Bible Study taught by Joan Watson begins February 28;
Sunday mornings at 9:30; Wednesday evenings at 6:30. The lessons taught on Wednesdays will be
repeated on Sunday mornings.
The Christian life is intended as a sacred journey.
It is to be a life lived joyfully and purposefully in
the presence of God and by the abundant grace of God.
Often such an ideal eludes even the most faithful.
Without awareness, we can slip into living a "ho-hum"
kind of existence with little hope of change. Sometimes
we even find ourselves driven by compulsion, harnessed
by fear, haunted by shame or guilt. During these weeks
we will explore "the sacred" around us and within us as
we seek to live more faithfully our own sacred journey.
